a HIKE!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We finally made it out to Cowan&#8217;s Gap and tried out their 3 mile trail.\u00a0 Which was pretty much 2 miles of straight up hill and then right back down.\u00a0 It had about a 500 foot elevation change in under mile.\u00a0 \u00a0 While I was huffing and puffing the boys were practically jogging.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 It has been so long since I have been hiking and OH HOW I MISSED IT.\u00a0 I just wish I could do it more.\u00a0 One day I suppose.\u00a0 We will try out a different one next time we go back.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
