<\/p>\nHad quite an adventure this past week.<\/p>\n
A week ago today, Steve went outside and never returned.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude41\u00a0 I waited a couple of days to see if he would come back on his own and then finally went into freak out mode.\u00a0 I started posting on FB, lost pet websites, HomeAgain, fliers in neighbor’s mailboxes and alerting vets\/animal shelters.<\/p>\n
I had thought that maybe a coyote or fox had grabbed him and it made me cry everyday.<\/p>\n
Yesterday, I got a message from one of our neighbors telling me check out a FB post about a missing cat.\u00a0 Sure enough – it was a picture of our sweet Steve.<\/p>\n
He was found by a lady in a tree – over 10 miles away from our house!\u00a0 CRAZY! I can’t help but think about what he did, how far he actually traveled in 6 days and what he saw\/encountered.\u00a0 I still think that something chased him and then our poor guy got lost.<\/p>\n
He is no longer allowed to go outside after dark and I think he is ok with that.<\/p>\n
