Ocean Life

Last month, I took B & G down to my brother’s for 10 days.  We had a great time and while I had to work; we still managed to do a TON of fun stuff.    Lot’s of beach time, Chincoteague, putt putt, boating, Mister Whippy’s (which is better then Island Creamery!), tubing, the boys made tomato tacos (Broc’s idea), parties, games, made new friends and more!    Broc even won $50 at PG’s work party shooting a Potato Gun.  He tied for first with a women from PG’s work and they decided to split the $100.

We had so much fun..that we did not want to come home.  🙁

Here is a ton of pictures!

Joyel!

The boys were able to go to 1 week of day camp and over night camp this year.  Since PA was not allowing over night camp in June, Joyel gave us free day camp about 4 weeks agoand moved our over night camp to July!  Pretty nice.  They made lots of friends, had a great time and Broc has decided he would like to go to Sunday School, so we will be starting that here soon and we have already signed up for next year!

End of School Year: Part 4

Each year I take the boys up to Pags cabin on the lake.  We play a lot of games, fish, watch movies, swim and eat a lot.  Tons of fun and the boys look forward to it each year.   This year Broc caught a monster fish and
Gman became an expert hook remover!

Oh and mommy can tie fishing hook lines in my sleep now.

Break from End of School Year

Wanted to give a shout to Tony.  First for Father’s Day and Second for finishing the boys amazing Tree House.  He has put a lot of time into this over the last year and we could not be more thrilled with it.   I think it really turned out well.

PS the No Girls Allowed was not my idea.  😉

End of School Year: Part 2

Since they boys could not do their Year End Fund Day at school; we had to do it in our back yard this time.  We had a GREAT time and I even think we will do it again this summer.

We put together our own skeet game, water relay, spoon relay, penguin race and shoe flip!

End of School Year: Part 1

The boys last Art assignment was last week and I was very excited about it!

Each year the kids are asked to do a self portrait for school.  The art teacher keeps them and at the end of 5th grade; she makes them into a book (K-5) and gives them to the parents.  Love this idea and I can’t wait to see K-3.  I only saw this year, because they were home.
