After driving down to Williamsburg Thursday night, spending Friday at Busch Gardens, I drove back to PA Friday night so that B, G and I could go to my Uncle’s funeral on Saturday.  Sunday the boys and I headed to the PA Renn Fest with my sister, cousin, Jen, Steve and her girls.  I have never been, so it was pretty cool to check out.  VERY CROWDED!  I used to go to the MD one every year,  but stopped going once I had the boys.  While, I probably won’t go back to the PA one….I will def take the boys to the MD one next year.

Thursday night we headed to Busch Gardens in Williamsburg.  This was to use the tickets I bought for Tampa back in March of 2020.  Because of Covid, I had them moved to November of 2020, but then a hurricane came through and I finally threw my hands up and just had them transferred to Williamsburg.  We had a great time. It was a very quick trip, but we really loved it.  Broc loves the roller coasters and Gman gave it his best try (see pic below!).  The decorations were really, really good and we loved checking them all out.  Broc’s favorite part was the parrots.  He is really in love.

I love this sign that Gman made about a year and a half ago.  This was right between them still being little boys that needed their mom to seemingly growing up over night and heading to middle school.

and are so happy that it came back this year.  We won a hermit crab, ate A LOT of food, played games and rode all the spinning rides.  Seems that is all the types of rides they have anymore.  There literally is no more roller coasters, slides or anything.  🙁

So far they are LOVING middle school.  All of their teachers are great and they have done really well with the changing of classrooms AND every day their schedule is a little different.  I have been really proud of them!  They also have a friend that comes over in the morning and rides the bus with them.

Goodness, I just realized that I am actually really B-E-H-I-N-D!  I never posted the boys weight and height on here.

Broc – 85.9 lbs and  4′ 10″ (last year 74.8 lbs and 4′ 8″)

Garret – 95.4 lbs and 4’10” (last year 78.1 lbs and 4′ 8″)

Since their visit; Broc has grown an inch and a few lbs and Gman has lost a few lbs and gained an inch as well!!

She hates water, but had the best time this day.   Was so sweet watching her run around with the zoomies!
